State sponsors of terror bombed Latakia, Tartous, and the Hama cities of Syria, at approximately 10 p.m., Syrian time. SANA reported that many of the missiles directed at Lattakia were intercepted and that the bombs were “coming from the sea.” State sponsors of terror targeted the Technical Industries building. At this writing, electricity is out in Latakia city.
Other sources report bombings of Tartous and Hama. One area of Hama was described as “the sky is totally in red.” Another source reported that Russia had launched its air defense system over Hmeimim base (in Tartous).
One Syrian stated: Syria should fire back even if it was the US, and this is not emotional. This madness will stop once a few hundred American uniforms are sent back in body bags.

Air traffic controllers at the Khmeimim Air Base “lost contact” with the aircraft on Wednesday evening, during the attack of Israeli F-16 fighters on Latakia, said the MOD.

Update from RT: The French Navy’s newest frigate, FS Auvergne, fired rockets around 8 pm GMT Monday, the Russian military said. “Airspace control has recorded rocket launches from the French frigate Auvergne,” the ministry’s statement read. The Auvergne is deployed in the Mediterranean Sea, off the coast of Syria.

Russian Ministry of Defense blames Israel for putting the Russian doomed plane in the line of danger between the Israeli attacking jets and the outdated Syrian air-defense missiles. Israel informed the Russians about their intention to attack Syria one minute before the attack, Russian MoD added.
