The Iranian lawmaker and member of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Bager Hosseini, said in a statement from today that the Western countries use the allegations that the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) have used chemical weapons against the foreign-backed groups of terrorists and militants as a pretext in order to send more weapons in the hands of terrorists and Al Qaeda-linked fighters.
Of course, the allegations of some Western governments that the Syrian army units have used chemical weapons against the foreign-backed terrorists serves as a good pretext to send more arms and modern equipment to the jihadists fighting in Syria but there is already the found evidence by Russian experts that the foreign-backed militants have used chemical weapons (sarin nerve gas) in an attack near the Syrian city of Aleppo and the logical result of thinking that the use of the chemical weapons in the stockpiles of Syria in these kinds of battles (e.g. urban warfare) would finally be no benefit for the army units and thus, the allegations are nonsense and just a pretext.
The member of the Iranian Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, Baqer Hosseini, also said further that despite all the repeated disclosure of atrocities that are committed by the foreign-backed militants and terrorists in Syria, the Western governments and their regional allies (Israel, Jordan, Turkish Erdogan regime, Hariri) still want to provide these fanatics and terrorists with more weapons as well as better logistics and more money.
Baqer Hosseini added in his statement the information mentioned above that Russia has already presented evidence that the foreign-backed terrorists and not the units of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) have used chemical weapons (Sarin nerve gas) in an attack some months ago near the Syrian city of Aleppo. According to Mr. Hosseini, this act has once again revealed the “evil face of the enemies” of the secular Syrian state and people.
There were several statements by Russian authorities and officials in this week about the allegations of Western governments that Syrian forces have used chemical weapons against the terrorist forces on Syrian soil. Several Russian Ministers and also the Russian Ambassador to the United Nations, Vitaly Churkin, made it very clear in this week that Russian experts have investigated samples from the site of attack (Khan al-Assal near Aleppo) that was carried out on March 19, 2012. Two dozen people, among them 16 Syrian soldiers, died in this attack. The samples showed that chemical weapons (Sarin nerve gas) has been used by the foreign-backed militants and Russia gave the results and samples to the United Nations in this week.
So, the allegations are nothing more than unsubstantiated claims and just serve the pretext of these Western countries. The President Barack Obama was one of the first who ordered the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), which is linked directly to Al Qaeda-forces in Syria, on June 14 to provide weapons and other military goods to the terrorists fighting in Syria because the “government of President Bashar al-Assad” in Damascus “had crossed the red line”. But after all, there is so far no evidence for this claim as well for many other allegations.
There are so many red lines on this planet, it is still a surprise that human kind still exists. To hand over something like the Noble Peace Prize to somebody like President Barack Obama is another “red line”, isn’t it?
