The British Prime Minister David Cameron, who recently made a not really surprising U-turn in regards of the arms deliveries into the hands of terrorists and jihadists, which are fighting in Syria against the secular government of President Bashar al-Assad in the capital Damascus, has admitted that he believes the Syrian President al-Assad may now be stronger than he was some months ago in a television show at BBC.
Thus, the British Prime Minister David Cameron admits that the Syrian government is now stronger than it has been just some months ago, and in terms of the developments on ground and the success of the Syrian Arab army units in recent weeks in their battles against the foreign-backed criminals and terrorists of the so-called “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) and against the Syrian al Qaeda offshoot, the Jabhat al-Nusra / al-Nusra Front, this consideration by David Cameron is completely logical and understandable.
Of course, the British Prime Minister also knows that the Western supported fighters of the “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) are losing in Syria and that they are in a desperate situation now. The “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) terrorists are almost losing every battle against the units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) and in their armed infighting and struggles against the Syrian Al Qaeda branch, the so-called al-Nusra Front (Jabhat al Nusra).
British Prime Minister David Cameron made this statement at the state-run BBC’s Andrew Marr show. David Cameron, who was accused of betrayal by the criminals of the “Free Syrian Army” (FSA) when he had decided to not send them more weapons to Syria, said exactly on this BBC show that he “thinks Assad may be stronger than he was a few months ago” but he “would still describe the situation (in Syria) as a stalemate.”
British Prime Minister Cameron further said that the government of the United Kingdom is still committed to support the terrorists in Syria although the British administration has recently decided to make a U-turn and to drop the plans to send further weapons and military aid into the arms of the jihadists and terrorists fighting in Syria against the secular government in the capital, Damascus.
Previously, the British government tried everything to lift the European arms embargo on the terrorists in Syria in order to get the possibility for Western countries to arm the terrorists and Islamists who are fighting in Syria as slaves of Western imperialism and as the religious-fanatic forces of some Gulf States.
At least, the British Prime Minister made this U-turn after warnings received by British military chiefs about all the risks in a situation when the terrorists and jihadists fighting in Syria would receive more modern and new weapons. Some British military chiefs said quasi, that the arming of terrorists who would not hesitate to also attack Britain is quite a bad idea.
In addition, there is another good reason why the British Prime Minister David Cameron made this U-turn in regards of the arming of the criminals and terrorists fighting in Syria.
The majority of the British people is against the plans to send further weapons and military aid to suspicious strangers, criminals, and even Islamists in Syria. The British people seem to be smarter than their government, to be honest.
