Saleh Muslim, the head of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), which is affiliated to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and known as their offshoot in Syria, stated that they want to establish a temporary autonomous government in northern Syria, near to the Syrian border to its neighbouring country Turkey.
