Egyptian Foreign Minister: Syrian opposition needs unified position.

While the so-called current Egyptian Foreign Minister, Mr Nabil Fehmi, has stressed the need for a political solution in Syria, the Syrian students in Romania and Cuba have expressed their support for the Syrian Arab army (SAA) and their war on the foreign-sponsored terrorism on Syrian soil.

The Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fehmi said after the announced support by the U.S. Secretary of State for the Egyptian army and their military overthrow and coup against the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi (Muslim Brotherhood) that the Egyptian position would still call for the finding of a political solution for the Syrian conflict and this in a manner that preservers the territorial integrity and units of the Syrian people.

The views and support can change their directions like a flag in the wind. The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood had the intention to gain more influence and power than they were allowed to by the relevant foreign powers. Of course, this ended in a problem for the Muslim Brotherhood as well as for the United States. However, it seems that the foreign powers have found a solution to this problem in Egypt.

Although the current violence is triggered by the intentions of the Muslim Brotherhood to maintain the now familiar power in Egypt and even supports their intentions, it does not seem that the Muslim Brotherhood will again present a new head of state in the North African country in the upcoming years. Well, the Egyptian farm lands, the countryside, and the bad educated youth and people still support the Muslim Brotherhood and these are many Egyptians, but it is questionable whether this will really make a difference in the upcoming next democratically elections in Egypt. Then just the second “democratically elections” in Egypt.

Meanwhile, the spokesman of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, Badr Abdulati, said after the recent meeting between the Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fehmi and Lakhdar Brahimi (UN Envoy to Syria), that Brahimi has briefed the Egyptian Foreign Minister on the achieved results of his efforts to prepare the next international conference on Syria, Geneva II. In addition, both sides discussed further topics around Syria and the Syrian conflict.

According to the statements of the spokesman of the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, Badr Abdulati, the current Foreign Minister of Egypt has said that Egypt wants to support an increase in the communications between various regional sides in the Middle East as well as international sides in order to boost the efforts to find a political solution for the Syrian conflict. In addition, he also stated that Egypt intents to increase its communication with the so-called “Syrian opposition” to urge them to finally take a needed unified position.

As already mentioned, while the Egyptian Minister Nabil Fehmi and the UN (United Nations) Envoy to Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, have met in the Egyptian capital Cairo, the Syrian students in Cuba and Romania have expressed their support to the soldiers of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) in their battles against the foreign-backed terrorism on Syrian soil.

In Cuba, the Syrian students as well as the staff of the Syrian embassy and further members of the Syrian community in the country have stressed their support for the Syrian army and the Syrian government in Damascus. According to the statements, the Syrian army “is the impregnable shield which defends the homeland against all those who are trying to undermine its unity.”

The Syrian community in Cuba as well as the students and the staff of the Syrian embassy congratulated the Syrian Arab army (SAA) for the national Army’s Day in Syria, the 68th anniversary of the foundation of the national Syrian army. The Syrian community in Cuba hailed the honour and the priceless sacrifices of the Syrian soldiers in their battles against the foreign-sponsored terrorism and aggression.

In addition, the Syrian community as well as all the Syrian students received the message of the visit of Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad to Syrian soldiers in the town of Daraya near the capital Damascus with joy and expressed their support the Syrian President al-Assad and for the intense national duty of the Syrian army to gain the victory above the foreign-supported terrorists and jihadists.

The Syrian students in Romania have also celebrated the Army’s Day in their homeland Syria and stressed that the Syrian army is the guarantor of Syria’s unity, which is completely true because the Syrian army consists of all parts of the Syrian society.

The National Union of Syrian Students in Romania further stated in an official statement that the Syrian soldiers are the guarantors of the territorial integrity of Syria and the Syrian students further condemned the foreign plots to topple the secular Syrian government and President al-Assad in the capital Damascus.

According to the report by Syria’s state news agency SANA, the National Union of Syrian Students in Romania have saluted the Syrian Arab army (SAA) as the symbol of dignity and honour and, as well as Syrian President Assad, they completely believe in the victory of the Syrian army over the foreign-sponsored terrorism on Syrian soil.

Egypt has more than enough of its own fish to fry without meddling where its not wanted. My hat’s off to President Assad – – I don’t see Obama, nor the King of Saudi Arabia, visiting the troops in an active combat zone; Syria’s president is not a pussy, as we in the States say The dude’s got a pair, and Syria is lucky to have him.
