syria alqaeda anti government forces

Yes, indeed. The German media celebrate Al-Qaeda in Syria.

Syria: Al-Qaeda fighters represent the majority of the terrorists.

In a new interview, the political analyst Nasser al-Omari, a known political commentator and writer, said that the al-Qaeda-affiliated Takfiri terrorists who are fighting in Syria against the secular government of President Bashar al-Assad are now the centrepiece of all the anti-government forces on Syrian soil because the entire spectrum of the so-called (external) Syrian opposition is basically “fractured.”

The political commentator and writer, Nasser al-Omari, said in his interview with Press TV on Friday, that what we have in Syria currently is the situation that the al-Qaeda elements are really “calling the shots in many, many places” in the Arab nation. Nasser al-Omari called the Syrian al-Qaeda offshoots (e.g. the Jabhat al-Nusra / al-Nusra Front) the centrepiece of anti-government forces in Syria.

The al-Qaeda fighters represent the majority of the anti-government fighters in Syria now also because of the actual divided and fractured spectrum of the so-called Syrian opposition abroad.

The political analyst Nasser al-Omari further said in his interview that all fractions of the so-called (external) Syrian opposition are “fractured”, ranging from the so-called civilian opposition to the “relatively moderate anti-government forces.”

Nasser al-Omari also stated that the ongoing efforts by the so-called Syrian opposition to distance itself from the Syrian al-Qaeda branch and the violent jihadist elements on Syrian soil are unlikely to be really effective due to the reason that more and more fighters and Islamists from al-Qaeda are actually pouring into Syria and the number of al-Qaeda thugs, who are fighting against the secular government in Damascus and conduct gruesome massacres and terrorist attacks against Syrian civilians, is still increasing.

At least, the units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) still gain more ground in the battles against the foreign-backed terrorist groups as well as in the anti-terror fight against the al-Qaeda-linked jihadist groups on Syrian soil.

The units of the Syrian army were able to regain the control above several Syrian villages in the western province of Lattakia (Latakia) yesterday. In the clashses in the western part of the province of Lattakia (Latakia), the fighting troops of the Syrian army were even able to kill a so-called top militant commander (Walid Oweissi, Libyan nationality) as well as several other armed terrorists, including Tunisian and Qatari nationals.

The yesterday’s clashes between the units of the Syrian army and the foreign-supported terrorist groups in the western province of the coastal area of Lattakia (Latakia) led to many losses on the side of the terrorists and the troops of the Syrian army were able to recapture several Syrian villages from the terrorist groups.

The Syrian soldiers regained the control above the villages of Abo Mekkeh, Karm Aramo, Tallet Habs al-Dam, Tallet al-Khudur, and Obeen in the western area of the province of Lattakia (Latakia).

Further, other units of the Syrian army have gained more ground in the battles against the foreign-backed terrorist forces in the strategically important Syrian city of Aleppo (Halab), the former important economic centre of Syria. Also in the countryside of Aleppo, the units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) have conducted several successful military operations yesterday.
