A new terrorist blast rocks BeirHaret Hreik blastut’s southern suburb (Dahiyeh) on Tuesday, leaving dozens of casualties.

Al-Manar correspondent quoted the head of field operations in the Islamic Health Society as saying that there have been three martyrs and 50 injured in the blast.

Our correspondent cited security sources as assuring that the bombing was a suicide one, saying that body parts belonging to the terrorist who carried out the attack scattered in the explosion site.

Shortly following the explosion, the Lebanese army cordoned off the area. For his part, State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr tasked the military police to start probing the explosion.

The terrorist Al-Qaeda affiliated Al-Nusra Front in Lebanon group on Tuesday claimed the bomb attack that rocked southern suburbs of Beirut,
“We have responded to the massacres carried out by the party of Iran… in their backyard in the southern suburbs,” the terrorist group said in a statement posted on a Twitter account.

The same busy commercial street was targeted by a suicide car bombing in early January that also killed five civilians.

And today just hours ago,a suicide bomber was caught in the the same area just few kilometers away.
