HTC One: Android flagship receives Android 4.3 in September.

HTC has finally (somehow) confirmed that the known smartphone manufacturer will release an update that upgrades its flagship device, the HTC One (but also for the HTC DNA), from Android 4.1 to the latest version of the mobile operating system – Android 4.3.

According to the statement by HTC, the update to Android 4.3 for the HTC One smartphone will roll out as soon as the ROM / software has been certified and it is to expect that the update for the HTC One device will begin at the end of September. At least, the statement by HTC suggests that the update to Android 4.3 for all the users of a HTC One will begin at the end of the next months.

However, the confirmation by HTC comes via a leak, albeit barely legible. The President of HTC, Jason Mackenzie, already said that there are a lot of questions in terms of an Android 4.3 release for the HTC One and that the guys at HTC are working hard to release the update to the latest Android version for the HTC One soon.

The statement also said that the update will probably roll out in the end of September when the testing phase is done and the software has been certified. Jason Mackenzie made these short remarks in terms of the Android 4.3 update for the HTC One smartphone on his account at the short messaging service, Twitter.

Further, the company’s president, Jason Mackenzie, also somehow confirmed an Android 4.3 update for the HTC DNA in his tweet about the upcoming updates for these HTC devices to the latest version of the mobile operating system.

Of course, as an owner of a HTC One, the announcement of such a “quick” update to Android 4.3 is certainly an exciting news and the owners of a HTC One will look forward to this upcoming update from Android 4.1 to Android 4.3. They sure hope that the roll out will really begin in the end of September.

Previously, many believed that the update to Android 4.3 for the HTC One will take a longer time to be released by the known smartphone maker, HTC. However, it seems that the guys at HTC have learned a bit and try a lot to release this update as soon as possible.

The update to Android 4.3 will bring all new features (not much) and optimizations of the latest Android version to the HTC One and the battery drain should even decrease a bit.
