Egypt: U.S. defends the Military Overthrow of Mohamed Morsi

Egypt - It could be so beautiful..

Riyadh and Washington support military overthrow in Egypt.

After it became clear that the totalitarian dictatorship of Saudi Arabia has backed the military overthrow of the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, it seems now that also the U.S. administration in Washington supports the recent acts of the Egyptian army within the North African country against the not-so-moderate Muslim Brotherhood.

At least, the U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, already known for his questionable actions and statements about the foreign-backed terrorism within Syrian borders, now defends the military overthrow of the Egyptian President and Islamist Mohamed Morsi by the Egyptian army. US Secretary of State, John Kerry, said in a recent public statement that the Egyptian military has acted to oust Mohamed Morsi at the request of millions of Egyptians in order to “restore democracy” in Egypt. Well, the U.S. defends military overthrow of Mohamed Morsi. It`s interesting.

This statement is certainly quite funny but also very interesting under the consideration that the member of the Muslim Brotherhood and ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi has been called the first democratically elected President of Egypt until last week. In addition, after the military overthrow of Mohamed Morsi by the Egyptian army, Western media reports have mentioned Mohamed Morsi between the terms of “the democrat” and “democracy”.

However, it seems that the Western media has recently received the orders to stop such propaganda about the ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, who has never been something as a democrat and he also has never been a benefit for the Egyptians compared to the former administration of the North African country, which has been toppled by foreign powers and not by something as an “Arab Spring” of the Egyptian youth.

This was just a means to an end and very useful for the foreign propaganda and reports by Western governments and media agencies. The Egyptian youth, however, was betrayed by all sides since the beginning of the so-called “Arab Spring” in Egypt.

Well, the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has finally shown the true colours of Washington and confirmed by his defend of the military overthrow of the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi by the a bit more secular Egyptian army that the U.S. administration is involved in this action, just as their best friends, the totalitarian dictatorship of Saudi Arabia.

While being in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said in a public statement that the Egyptian army was asked to intervene by millions and millions of Egyptians in the North African country and all these millions of people in Egypt were afraid of a descent into chaos. However, it seems that one should consider the last “Feltman leaks” in addition to these statements by John Kerry.

Everything fits together perfectly. From the famous speech by the U.S. President Barack Obama at the Cairo University over the “Arab Spring” and “Egyptian revolution” to the power struggles and attempts of takeovers of more influence and power than it had been allowed for the Muslim Brotherhood by the United States and Israel up to the military overthrow of the President Mohamed Morsi.

This is, however, a quite interesting course of action over the recent years and even if one is not adding the events in other nearby countries to the events in Egypt. By adding, for example, the events in Libya, Tunisia, and Syria (of course) it all becomes a really very interesting course of actions on the platform of international policy, especially on the playing field of the Middle East.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, has stopped to call the military overthrow of the Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi “a coup” and started to defend the actions of the Egyptian army against the Muslim Brotherhood. While one just is able to support these actions against the Muslim Brotherhood by the Egyptian military in the North African country due to the facts that the Muslim Brotherhood is a very dangerous organization and has never been a benefit for the Egyptian people, the support by the U.S. administration as well as by the totalitarian dictatorship of Saudi Arabia is raising some questions and doubts whether one should really support these actions by the Egyptian army.

It is just sad that the finally public support of the United States and Saudi Arabia for the military overthrow of the Islamist President of Egypt, Mohamed Morsi, taints the happiness about the coup d’état against Mohamed Morsi by the national army of Egypt. Well, it seems that parts of the Egyptian army are still under the patronage of the United States.

Of course, the situation in the North African country is still extremely tense and it is to foresee that further protests and clashes will take place again today – after the Friday prayers, especially in the Egyptian capital, Cairo. The Muslim Brotherhood and all the members and supporters of this Islamist organization have rejected the call of the Egyptian interim government to end the protests that just lead to further violence and bloodshed in the streets of Cairo.

Thousands of members of the Muslim Brotherhood, which has its main support in the countryside of Cairo and the farm lands of Egypt, have continued their protests as well as the sit-ins in the Egyptian capital despite the already deadly clashes after the Friday prayers last week.
